Lacey Omalley is Washington State's oldest and most prestigious bail bond company and is a family owned business. Our high level of professionalism and service distinguishes us as the most venerable and responsible bail agency in Washington.

Our company was established in 1945 as J.D. OMalley Bail Bond Company. In 1968, the company became Lacey Omalley Bond Company under the leadership of Joe and Fran Lacey. Joe Lacey guided our agency to being the most successful and respected bond company in the industry.

The Lacey OMalley corporation has consistently pioneered improvements to the development and operation of the bail bond profession through legislation that keeps the focus on where it belongs&emdash; on our clients. In 1993, Joe Lacey, with the assistance of agent Gayle Brandon, successfully initiated legislation of laws that require all bail bond agents operating in Washington State be licensed and regulated by the Department of Licensing. In 2006, Lacey OMalley was instrumental in passing legislation that requires bail bond recovery agents be trained, licensed, and receive regular Continuing Education.
